I came to Affordable Inspections via a recommendation from some friends. I am not from the area (yet) and I needed some local knowledge. Austin was extremely helpful and easy to work with, Jeff did the inspection and took the time to debrief me personally, along with an extensive written description of his inspection. The purchase did not work out but I have an offer on another home and will be calling Austin again!
