They were friendly, courteous and completely understanding when I had questions about something in the home. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection. I would definitely use them again if needed
Google review 7/31/2023Chad was excellent! His thorough inspection uncovered a problem with the master bath shower that allowed us to get an $8,000 credit at closing! The report he filed was very detailed including routine maintenance items we will need to be on top of as new home owners. I can't think Chad and Affordable Inspections enough for their highly professional execution. Highly recommend using their services for your next home purchase!

Google review 7/26/2023It may seem pricey at first, but the level of expertise, the detail, and the thoroughness of the inspection more than made this the best home inspection we have ever ordered. Austin communicated well and was able to perform the inspection and generate the report quickly enough to meet our tight schedule. He handled the house, septic and well testing, eliminating two other tests we would have to order, saving is time and hassle. I highly recommend Austin and Affordable Inspections!

Google review 6/15/2023Austin has been really great to work with. He got us into his schedule quickly, which saved us precious time in our due diligence period. He also found some important deficiencies that were critical to get repaired, even though it was a new house. So glad that he did, so we don’t have any issues down the road. I also called him and asked for his professional opinion on other language that came up in other documents in our contract. He gave us good practical advice, in easy to understand language. Highly recommended.
