Owner & Chief Inspector: Austin Boleman
Our Owner and Chief Inspector, Austin Boleman, has been building, remodeling, and inspecting homes for more than twenty-four years. He has held state-level General Contractors Licenses for more than twenty years, and is currently a State Licensed General Contractor in both Florida and North Carolina, as well as being a State Licensed Home Inspector in North Carolina.
In addition, Mr. Boleman holds three Nationally Recognized Certifications for Mold Testing and Assessment. His expertise and professionalism are well respected in the real estate and building communities.
Jeff Wood: NC Licensed Inspector
Jeff has been involved in construction since an early age and is a licensed General Contractor. While starting out in construction, his Uncle introduced him to home inspections and he found this to be his true calling. He joined forces with Affordable Home Inspections over 10 years ago and has been an integral part of the team. His expertise with renovations and building has enhanced his overall ability to be a detailed home inspector.
Tim Hanlon: NC Licensed Inspector
Tim joined the Affordable Inspections Team after a stint teaching in the North Carolina Community College system. His background is in architectural restoration and preservation and he has been a licensed Home Inspector in North Carolina for over ten years. Tim enjoys helping clients understand their homes and aiding them in their decision making process.
